My concept for my final project for the animation class is to make a rpg mini game. Where the player has the ability to control either the guy or girl character. I haven't figured out which gender I want to make. The buttons will control her emotions; the gesture will consist of smile, sad, angry, laughter. If I make the female character I will be based on a iconic character from japan named Miku Hastune. 
Here is a link to one of her concerts. However, be warned that this isn't a real person, but some robotic voice program. Oh for the last week implementation week 6 is anyone having trouble regarding the buttons and the embedded animation we are supposed to have. For example, my buttons stop my animations from working.

 As for this class I am having hard time viewing the changes I do in the root folder, but when I upload it to the server I sometimes or don't see the changes to the sites. Does anyone get that problem? However, I have fixed majority of my problems in my website.

Ok, I have finally noticed that coding is a love and hate situation! I love it when it goes right, severely hate it when it goes south. I made the form, but the placeholder text isn't showing up in the text area  don't know what is going on up in there. I tried to align my web pages, but the nav bar and the content on the right won't stay on the same level. The nav bar's text won't align in the center, it will go to the left when coded to align center. If y'all have any solutions that would be much appreciated.

On a side note my friend just recently had her art gallery and found out that she made an online portfolio using godaddy.com. Please go check it out. Currently she is looking for work and I don't know if she is selling what she has on the website. I would defiantly buy some of those items.

PS: if your wondering she didn't code everything, it was mostly preexisting layouts.

I haven't yet done any scripting, but have made separate documents one having my original(changes and in class as well) and the idea I had in class about just having the fan. The buttons revealing all the content. It is highly likely that I won't be doing the second one, but will at least give it a shot, will probably fail miserably.  

Ideation sketch

Ok, I got the idea from the assignment I did way back in WGD 210, I think. The one with the Eco friendly theme. So I will use the graphic as the logo of the webpage. Right now it is a pretty simple sketch, but I think I will be more creative later on in the implementation side of the assignment. Right now I want to keep it simple right now and leave the more elaborate details as I think about them. Then I will add them accordingly.

I was really hoping that we could use flash to make a neat little navigation bar since the book lesson this week displayed a glimpse of what flash could offer for web design. However, it is not really universally accessible to everyone. Any who, this week's action script  is very neat and cool to see in action. Now when I see something like that in other websites I will automatically know what they used for their site. As y'all used in class I had trouble with the initial launch of my bone tool assignment, but with that time window of having help really was beneficial. However, now my puppet looks like their on some type of drug, lol.

I am truly having a real fun time in this class, I probably have gone crazy with the assignments, doing a little too much then what was asked. So what we learned in this week's class was having different CSS files that were for special occasions, like the print one we have to do this week's assignment. The navigation bar was tricky, but I really enjoyed making me navigation bar. However, it was difficult when I got confused on what would effect what tag. For example, I kept making the mistaking of trying to get rid of the underline and blue of the buttons. Was making the changes to the "li" rather than doing to the "a".  Here is my navigation bar, after many hours of trial and error.

WGD 232 sketch assignment

The game I made my character concept from was Little Big Planet. This game deals with mainly the stature of my sketch and uses basic skeleton structure (e.i. arms, legs, head, torso).  The character I made will look like one of their characters like they are made of brown fabric. He is a yakuza (Japanese gang). The sword will be static and the tie will maybe have it's on bone just to give it that realistic touch. The background will display him on top the world to suggest that the game is online and playable with everyone. So the background will be set in outer space.
